Resources for Comfort in a Pandemic

Resources for Comfort in a Pandemic

Now that we've dabbled in our emotional vegetables, let's talk about some healing fats & carbs.

A couple of people reached out last week and asked me if I would share a Cyril's recipe with them. Because it feels like one of the only things I can do right now, I threw together a mini-collection of some of the most popular dishes–gougeres, mac n cheese, beet burgers–in a mini recipe booklet. Find here

Last year, I compiled some of my favorite Indian recipes into a little zine that I gave to anyone who said they loved eating Indian food but were too intimidated to try making it at home. Since then I've refined these dishes and modified the collection into what I think is a great introduction to some basic dishes. I Love Indian Food is also available here for free!

I don't consider any of these recipes "mine" because the bones, and in some cases, the bulk, came from the recipes of others. I've given credit everywhere that I can trace it back and, if you like a specific recipe, I encourage you to seek additional recipes from the noted source.

More than the best of luck, I wish you COURAGE (shouted with just a hint of a French accent, like Julia Childs) in the kitchen.

Be safe and be well.
